• Rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure.
• No refunds for meals not consumed
• For all periods a deposit will be required to confirm the booking (from 20% to 50% of the total). In case of impossibility to spend the holidays, we will issue a voucher that can be used within 1 year of issue, the amount of which may vary according to the date on which the cancellation is made.
